His roots are in the quiet suburbs of Cleveland, where he began his career restoring historic properties in the city’s eastern neighborhoods. That ground-up education, in learning a structure from its bones outward, shaped a philosophy that has guided every project since. Today, with 30+ years of expertise, Brad leads Brad Remington Homes with a singular focus: exceptional custom builds and meticulous restorations where quality craftsmanship is never negotiated.

His work spans the country. He has completed more than 20 high-end ski homes in Aspen, Colorado, and transformed a $4 million waterfront estate along the shores of Door County. He has restored over 50 luxury residences, including a 13,000 sq. ft. estate and a museum-quality architectural masterpiece perched on the Niagara Escarpment in Egg Harbor, buildings that aren’t just homes, but pieces of history entrusted to the right hands. Whether it’s a modern lakefront retreat, the restoration of Tall Pines (a classic log cottage on Long Lake), or a 50-acre development featuring four lakes and 13 luxury home sites, Brad approaches each project as an opportunity to honor both the land and the people who will call it home.

That dedication has not gone unnoticed. Brad was awarded Custom Remodel of the Year in Builder Magazine’s “Over $1 Million” category — a recognition of the care poured into every square inch of a project. Most recently, two of Brad Remington Homes’ projects have been selected to be featured in the 2026 Door County Parade of Homes, an honor that reflects his continued commitment to craftsmanship and community.
